Nevertheless we would like to inform our customers that all our items come from stock on site present for several months, everything is washed before the sale.
All orders are prepared in normal times. However, carriers are likely to experience delays in routing. Since Doudoutheque and Co are not affiliated with the carriers, no compensation will take place in the event of a delay in delivery or loss (even in express delivery). Please contact the carrier in question in the event of a claim.
All items sent will be disinfected. That said, we recommend that you all wash the stuffed animals at a minimum of 60 degrees and re-disinfect the items for reception.

Rule 1: Object

Rule 5: Command

Rule 6: Payment terms
The payment is made in full when ordering by cheque, bank card with Payplug or by PAYPAL.
Unregistered cheque payments by DOUDOUTHEQUE - CO within a 7-day period from the day the order will result in the cancellation of the transaction.
Rule 7: Late payment
In the event of a total or partial default of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer must pay the company DOUDOUTHEQUE - CO a late penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate.
The rate of legal interest chosen is that in effect on the day of the delivery of the goods.
This penalty is calculated on the tax-free amount of the remaining amount due, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior notice being required.
In accordance with Sections 441-6 v. and D. 441-5 v. com., any late payment entails, in addition to late penalties, an obligation for the debtor to pay a lump sum payment of 40 euros for collection costs.
Additional compensation may be claimed, on supporting documentation, where the collection costs exposed are greater than the amount of the lump sum.
Rule 8: Delivery and returns
The delivery deadline varies depending on their address. It is fixed, for an address in metropolitan France and abroad on the day of payment - 30 days. The cost of the ports offered will be ONLY in the World Relay, the place of reception remains at the buyer's choice.
If this delivery date is not met, the consumer will be able to cancel the purchase by recommended with AR and will have to be reimbursed for the full amount paid. The Hamon Act of 2014 introduced a maximum delivery period of 30 days from the date of online purchase, after this period no claims will be accepted or refunded.
DOUDOUTHEQUE - CO disclaims any responsibility in case of loss, theft or breakage of the parcel by the carrier, in case of breakage the buyer has the obligation to check the contents of the package before accepting delivery by the carrier, in any case no refund will be granted.
We undertake to post your parcel within a maximum of 3 business days after receiving payment. (unless there is a problem with the availability of an item); for cheques and bank transfers we have to wait until the money is in our bank account.
The products are sent according to your chosen mode of delivery: by the Post Office (colissimo, letter with follow-up), in Mondial Relay, in Chronopost or in international mailing (small package followed or colissimo) but ALWAYS ON THE TRACK
For shipments with Port Fees offered, parcels will be sent ONLY in World Relay, the buyer will be able to choose his place of delivery.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt by the buyer (date of the post authentic), the receipt of the return must be made under the same conditions as the shipment ie follow-up. A request for return by email, mail followed or via customer space must be made before any return by specifying the order number as well as the date of purchase. Without this request DOUDOUTHEQUE - CO reserves the right to refuse the request for return.
The cost of ports going and return remains at the expense of the buyer unless the DOUDOUTHEQUE - CO .
DOUDOUTHEQUE - CO is in no way responsible for the loss or deterioration of the parcels by the carriers, in this case no refund or compensation will be granted but DOUDOUTHEQUE - CO agrees to make the steps with the carrier for the reimbursement of delivery costs if insurance.
DOUDOUTHEQUE - CO recycled or previously used packaging. Cardboards, bubble paper, newspapers, envelope ... almost all of them come from recovery.
Rule 9: Customer Relations - After-sales service

Rule 10: Satisfied or refunded
The customer has 14 free days from delivery to make a return request by email, mail followed or via his customer space and return the product to us. for no particular reason. The costs of follow-up return are his responsibility. The product must be returned under the same conditions as for the follow-up shipment. VWe must return the ordered product within 14 days of sending your RAR retraction letter (see Model below) the refund will be made within 3 days of receiving the goods.
