Deliveries and returns
We undertake to post your package within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt of payment (except in the event of a problem with the availability of an item); for bank transfers you must therefore wait until the money is in our bank account.
The products are sent according to your chosen delivery method: by post (colissimo, letter with tracking), Mondial Relay, chronopost or international shipping (small packet with tracking or colissimo) but ALWAYS TRACKED
For shipments with free shipping costs, packages will ONLY be sent by Mondial Relay, the buyer can choose their delivery location.
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt by the buyer (postal date being taken as proof), receipt of the return must be made under the same conditions as the shipment, i.e. tracking. A return request by email, tracked mail or via the customer area must be made before any return, specifying the order number as well as the date of purchase. Without this request Doudoutheque & Co reserves the right to refuse the return request.
Outward and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer unless there is an error on our part.
DoudouThèque & Co is in no way responsible in the event of loss or damage to packages by carriers, in this case no refund or compensation will be granted but
DoudouThèque & Co undertakes to take steps with the carrier to reimburse delivery costs if insured.
PACKAGING CONDITIONS
Doudouthèque & Co favors packaging that is recycled or has already been used. Cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, newspaper, envelopes... almost all come from recycling.
Our returns policy:
The customer has 14 clear days from delivery to make a return request by email or via the customer area and return the product without any particular reason, the costs of return tracking being their responsibility (unless there is an error on our part). ). The product must be returned under the same conditions as for tracking shipping. The price of the product is then reimbursed within the month of receipt by Doudoutheque & Co.
Unless there is an error on the part of Doudoutheque & Co, return shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the buyer in the event of a change of mind. However, products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back. bank charges will remain the responsibility of the buyer, reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt of the product.
You must return the ordered product within 14 days of dispatch. It is mandatory to send us a cancellation request by email, via your customer area, before returning the product, otherwise Doudoutheque & Co reserves the right to refuse the return.
